MeetInspect separates three jobs. Administrators configure the workspace, build templates and manage access from the web dashboard. Inspectors complete assigned work in the iOS application, in the field, often without a connection. Viewers read completed records without changing operational settings.

Deciding who occupies each role before inviting anyone saves rework later. The most common early mistake is granting everybody administrative access, which makes template changes hard to trace once several people are editing the same structure.

Configure the workspace, build one representative template and run a complete test inspection before the wider team arrives. People form their impression of a system from their first inspection, and a half-configured workspace produces avoidable confusion at exactly the wrong moment.

Check the generated PDF as part of that test. Report output is where configuration gaps become visible, and it is far cheaper to correct before real inspections exist than afterwards.

Start with the highest-volume inspection type rather than the most complex one. Volume is where consistency pays back fastest, and a simple workflow completed correctly hundreds of times is worth more than an elaborate one used occasionally.

Expect the first template to need revision after real field use. Inspectors will find ordering problems and ambiguous wording that are invisible from a desk — that feedback is the most valuable output of week one.
