Offline sync
Prepare devices, work without signal, and protect unsynced field data.
Before leaving coverage
Sign in while online, open the assigned inspection, allow its template and property data to load, and confirm that the device has enough free storage.
While offline
Continue completing items, notes, photographs and signatures. Do not uninstall the app or sign out while data is unsynced because local field data can be removed.
Synchronize safely
Reconnect to a stable network, keep the app active and wait for uploads to finish. Do not mark the inspection complete until synchronization is confirmed. Signing out other devices does not erase data on the current device.
