Troubleshooting

Resolve sign-in, sync, upload, generation, and report-delivery issues.

Sign-in issues

Check connectivity and the account email. Review Settings → Session when access expires; authentication tokens intentionally have a short lifetime.

Sync appears stuck

Confirm the device is online, keep the app active, check free storage and reopen the inspection. Do not sign out while data is pending. Record the inspection ID, time, app version and available diagnostics before contacting support.

Report generation

Confirm required data is present, retry generation and review the status. If the issue continues, contact support with the inspection ID and time. Do not send secrets or confidential content without an agreed secure channel.

Contact support

Email support@meetinspect.com with the workspace, approximate time, device or browser and a concise description. Operational monitoring uses pseudonymous identifiers and request IDs to investigate faults.

Photographs will not upload

Large images on a weak connection are the most common cause of an inspection that appears stuck. Keep the application in the foreground, remain on a stable network and allow time before intervening.

Check available device storage as well. A device close to full can fail to write new captures, which presents as a capture problem rather than a storage one.

A template or assignment is missing

Confirm the account, the workspace and the branch first. A member assigned to the wrong branch sees a workspace that appears empty, which reads as a fault but is configuration.

Confirm too that the template was published rather than left in draft, and that the inspection was assigned to the account actually signed in on the device.

Escalating effectively

Include the workspace, the inspection identifier, the approximate time, the device or browser version, and the connectivity state at the time. Timing is the single most useful detail, because it allows the event to be located.

Describe what you expected, what happened, and what you already tried. Do not send confidential inspection content or credentials without an agreed secure channel.
