## Core workflow

1. Describe the inspection: define the property, inspection type, required evidence, signatures and reporting standard.
2. Plan the visit: choose the property and template, set the due date and assign an inspector.
3. Guide the field team: complete required answers, photographs and notes in sequence. Offline capture continues when the signal disappears and synchronises after reconnection.
4. Review the record: resolve missing answers, evidence and signatures before completion.
5. Issue the report: generate a professional PDF from the approved record and reuse the template for future inspections.
